Our Refunds & Returns Policy

 

We usually offer refunds where customers are not happy with their products.

Refund requests due to customer change of mind may require a return. Refund requests due to damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items may require photo evidence, and may require a return on a case-by-case basis.

Only the purchaser of the products may request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be in the same condition that you received them. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

You must request a return by getting in touch with us in the first instance via sales@sickjar.com before returning your items. If we accept your return, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us, whether to the company's registered office or elsewhere, without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds on returned items can only be approved once we have received and inspected the items. You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us via sales@sickjar.com.

EU 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
